Both. Work sprints are focused and quiet. Breaks and intros are social, warm, and human. Deep work > chit chat — but the connections are real.

Absolutely. Most people come solo. You'll be surrounded by friendly, intentional humans within minutes.

Nope. Anyone with meaningful work and the intention to focus is welcome. Students, writers, side-project builders — all good.

Only short calls (15–20 min), scheduled after 10:30 AM. If you have multiple calls, it's better to join us another day.

The night before, list 3–4 tasks (or 1 big one) you want to tackle. Bring your laptop, headphones, and whatever you need for a productive day.
